Information about the ordering process and delivery times!

First of all, thank you very much for your trust and for ordering from asdm!

We are a small team and are currently working hard to process orders as quickly as possible.

Our delivery time information refers to shipping within Germany.

• With a shaft system, this lasts approximately 4-6 weeks.
• For a silencer mounting ring, approx. 1-2 weeks.

Shipping abroad can take a little longer, unfortunately we have no influence on this.

However, as soon as we receive your order, we will try to determine the exact delivery time and let you know immediately, as we want to be as transparent as possible!

The asdm shaft system is manufactured by hand to customer specifications and therefore cannot be delivered within a few days.

We recommend the ordering process not with a mobile phone (cell phone), as the display does not provide enough clarity!

We would like to avoid any misunderstandings!

• Unfortunately, the order form cannot be fully translated into all languages; part of the text is only available in German.
• In order to make it as clear and transparent as possible, we have created a quick visual overview for you on the side of the order form.
• We ask you to pay attention to the index designation in the images, it makes it easier for you to configure your desired product! It is also possible to enlarge the image!
• Mark the index designation in the order form at the relevant position!

We can only start producing your order once we have received full payment, so the delivery time is only calculated from this point onwards!
