This contract regulates the sale of new goods from the field of weapons technology via the provider's online shop. For details of the respective offer, please refer to the product description on the offer page.
The contract is concluded in electronic commerce via the shop system or via other means of distance communication such as telephone and email. The offers presented represent a non-binding invitation to submit an offer through the customer order, which the provider can then accept. The contract is concluded upon sending the order confirmation and receipt of payment.
The contract has a term of 1 delivery, subject to termination. The total price is calculated from the following components: product price and any shipping costs
The delivered goods remain the property of the provider until full payment has been made.
The provider reserves the right not to provide the promised service if it is not available.
All prices are final prices and include VAT. Shipping costs depend on the delivery destination. Deliveries are free within Germany.
Please note that we always strive to offer you the best price-performance ratio. For this reason, we do not cover return costs in the event of cancellation. We would like to

If there is a right of withdrawal and the item is used, the customer shall bear the costs of return.
The customer only has the following payment options: advance transfer, payment service provider (PayPal, Klarna). No other payment methods are offered. Payment is due upon ordering.
After receipt of the order, each order is manufactured individually to meet the customer's specific requirements. The delivery time is 4 - 6 weeks. The provider reserves the right to make changes at short notice.
The goods will be dispatched immediately after completion and confirmed receipt of payment. On average, dispatch takes place within 3 days at the latest. The company undertakes to deliver within 30 days of receipt of the order; otherwise, the company will regularly inform the customer about the whereabouts of their order. The standard delivery time is 7 days unless otherwise stated in the item description. The provider will dispatch the order from its own warehouse as soon as the entire order is in stock there. The customer will be informed immediately of any delays. If the provider is not responsible for a permanent delivery obstacle, in particular force majeure or non-delivery by its own supplier, although a corresponding hedging transaction was made in good time, the provider has the right to withdraw from a contract with the customer in this respect. The customer will be informed of this immediately and any services received, in particular payments, will be refunded.
Consumers are entitled to a statutory liability for defects for the services offered in accordance with the relevant provisions of the German Civil Code (BGB). If there is a deviation from this, the warranty is based on the relevant provisions in the General Terms and Conditions (GTC). The provider is entitled to choose between repair or new delivery in the event of subsequent performance if the goods are new and the customer is an entrepreneur. If the customer is an entrepreneur, the warranty is excluded for used goods. This does not apply to claims for damages by the customer due to injury to life, body, health or essential contractual obligations which must necessarily be fulfilled in order to achieve the contractual objective. This also does not apply to claims for damages following grossly negligent or intentional breach of duty by the provider or his legal representative or vicarious agent. Otherwise, the statutory provisions apply.
The provider offers the customer a quality guarantee for its service. The provider thus guarantees the following quality of the service: functionality when used properly. The guarantee period is 1 year.

Claims for damages by the customer are excluded unless otherwise stated for the following reasons. This also applies to the representative and vicarious agents of the provider if the customer makes claims for damages against them. Excluded are claims for damages by the customer due to injury to life, body, health or essential contractual obligations which must necessarily be fulfilled in order to achieve the contractual objective. This also does not apply to claims for damages following grossly negligent or intentional breach of duty by the provider or its legal representative or vicarious agent.
Claims or rights of the customer against the provider may not be assigned or pledged without the provider’s consent, unless the customer has proven a legitimate interest in the assignment or pledge.
The contract is drawn up in German. The further implementation of the contractual relationship takes place in German. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies exclusively. For consumers, this only applies insofar as it does not restrict any legal provisions of the state in which the customer has his or her place of residence or habitual abode.
In connection with the initiation, conclusion, processing and reversal of a purchase contract based on these terms and conditions, data is collected, stored and processed by the provider. This is done within the framework of the legal provisions. The provider does not pass on any personal data of the customer to third parties unless it is legally obliged to do so or the customer has previously expressly consented. If a third party is used for services in connection with the processing of processing procedures, the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act are observed. The data provided by the customer when placing an order is processed exclusively for the purpose of establishing contact within the framework of contract processing and only for the purpose for which the customer has made the data available. The data is only passed on to the shipping company that undertakes the delivery of the goods in accordance with the order if necessary. The payment data is passed on to the credit institution commissioned with the payment. If the provider is subject to retention periods of a commercial or tax law nature, the storage of some data can last up to ten years. During the visit to the provider's online shop, anonymized data that does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about personal data and is not intended to do so, in particular IP address, date, time, browser type, operating system and pages visited, are logged. At the customer's request, the personal data will be deleted, corrected or blocked within the framework of the legal provisions. The invalidity of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall have no effect on the validity of the remaining provisions.
